How do I place an order online? 
Ordering from our online store is easy. Simply click on the "Add to Cart" button and the items will appear in your shopping cart for a quick and easy check out experience.
Can I place orders by phone? 
No, we are not able to take phone orders at this time.  Our customer representatives via livechat are available Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM EST to help you with your order.
Can you put a rush on my order? 
If you need your items before the normal processing and shipping time, please contact customer service via live chat or Contact us during regular business hours Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM EST. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request.
What are my payment options? 
Orders can be placed online using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Cards.  At this time we're not accepting payment by check or money order.

Order Tracking & Updates

How do I check the status of my order? 
You can track your order from the carrier used to ship your orders with your tracking number, which we will email you when your order has shipped.
Will I get an email confirmation after I place my order? 
Yes, you will receive an email confirming your order.
How do I make changes or cancel my order? 
You may make changes or cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed or personalized. We strongly suggest you speak with a customer-care representative as soon as possible with changes or cancellations so we can accommodate your request without any additional charges. 

Return Guarantee and Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy? 
We pride ourselves on carrying high-quality items, and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Please make sure that the item meets all of your expectations when you receive it. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us. You may return most items purchased from within 30 days of your purchase date only if the item is un-used and complete with all accessories and manuals in its original box. Any vaporizer that has been used must be cleaned and must appear to be "like-new". If your returned item is considered over-used or excessively dirty, has the right to deny the package and the return. Please make sure your item is as clean as possible. Returns made after 10 days from the delivery date will receive a store credit only. This will ensure proper processing of your item(s). If you have any further questions you can contact us via e-mail. Items must be returned in original packaging, with all included accessories and parts, and must look brand new. If any of these guidelines are not met during the return, a restocking fee based on the missing items and packaging parts or un-cleanliness of the items will be assessed a minimum 10% restocking fee. Buyers are responsible for all costs associated with the return process. We strongly recommend you insure your package(s) as we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged while in transit. Upon arrival of the item here at there will be a return item fee of minimum $10. This covers our shipping costs, restocking time and employee time. This will be in addition to the re-stocking fee if there is one.
EXCEPTION: All Vapir products/purchases are non-returnable.  In the event of a defective item, the customer must contact the manufacturer to complete a warranty claim.
How long before I receive my refund? 
All refunds are processed upon inspection of items. Once your returned items have been processed, a credit should post to your credit card (minus any shipping fees you incurred on your original order) within three-to-five business days.
What if I got my order, but some items are damaged? 
Please inspect all items carefully when you receive your order. If there's any damage, please contact us by email.

When does my order ship?
All items that are in stock will ship within 3 business days.  The order is eligible for same day shipping if order is placed and processed by 12pm EST.
Do you ship to Post Office Boxes? 
Unfortunately, we cannot ship vaporizers to post office boxes. Only small items are shipped to P.O. boxes.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses? 
Yes. However, we do not guarantee delivery times on these orders.
Do you ship to Canada? 
Do you ship internationally? 
No, we are not shipping items internationally at this time.  We are willing to coordinate a shipping arrangement via USPS if the order is large enough.
How is shipping calculated? 
Orders over 60$ shipping is free. Smaller cost orders depends on size from 6-9$.
What are your shipping options? 
We work with the US Post Office, UPS and FedEx to offer regular ground shipping.


Do you have a printed catalog? 
Unfortunately, we do not offer a printed catalog at this time. However, you can view our entire collection online.
